Answer - The South Central Region Orchestra

This year Hilliard Darby High School hosted the annual Ohio Music Education Association’s South Central Region Orchestra during the weekend of November 19, 20, 21, 1999. Dr. Donald Schleicher, Director of Orchestral Studies at the University of Illinois, was the guest clinician. The students had the opportunity to perform Overture to Nabucco by Verdi, Finale from Symphony #2 by Sibelius and In the Moments Light by Paul Seitz. Dr. Seitz was the visiting composer for the weekend, a real treat for the Region Orchestra. Reynoldsburg High School was represented in this outstanding musical group by Judy Hsieh, violinist, and Brook Wilson, cellist. Congratulations to these fine musicians!
