EARN
CAMP CREDITS WITH BINGO!
What d
o
the Bingo, Flower Sale and Awards Night have in common?
They all need
volunteers to be a success.
For every two hours a parent volunteers, his/her child
receives $5.00 in camp credits.
My child doesn't ever go to camp, you say. Well, if you are a parent of a child of a current 8th – 11th grader, your child will have the opportunity to go on the orchestra semi-annual trip. Camp credits earned this year will be rolled over to next year for the High School students to help offset the price of the trip. You can volunteer now and pay less later!!!
The flower sale needs volunteers the night before (May 18th), and the day of flower pick-up (May 19th).
The
Awards night on May 29th in the high school cafeteria needs people to
come at the following times:
3:00 PM Help set-up and decorate. If we get enough help it won't take very long.
6:30 PM There are several areas needed here, from working the registration table to serving cake and pop.
Clean-up. Just like it says, we have to clean-up after ourselves and make sure the high school cafeteria is left in the same way we got it.
BINGO - Every fourth Saturday, people are needed to help with Bingo. The hours are from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. You will earn 2 camp credits for working the night. A couple will each earn their own points! Imagine Mom and Dad can work one night and earn $20.00 in camp credits!
We are always in need of additional workers from May-August.
Please let your child's teacher know when you are available to work and they will forward this information to the person in charge of this committee.
Thank you for helping make BASS a success.
