Solo and Ensemble Results

 The Reynoldsburg High School string orchestra students have been busy during the past weeks. On February 17, 2001 the orchestra traveled to Walnut Ridge High School to participate in the annual Ohio Music Education Association's Solo and Ensemble Adjudicated Event. During the weeks of preparation the students learned how to work as a team, they learned group and individual responsibility, cooperation, musical style, interpretation, and various musical skills. On the day of the adjudicated event the students performed for an adjudicator (judge), and he rated the event. Ratings ranged from Superior (I) to Poor (5). The results of this year's Solo and Ensemble event were:
