ORCHESTRA SOCIALIZER -- THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2002

WHO - For ALL string students. Please- only string students and their families are invited. (Please - friends, neighbors, cousins, etc. are not invited- orchestra students and families only)

WHAT - A HAYRIDE and social time.

WHEN - Thursday, October 17, 2002. Rain or Shine!

WHERE - Fran Bar Park (13861 E Broad St., Pataskala).

WHY - a time to enjoy each other's friendship, to meet other string players, and to have fun.

COST - $5.00 per person for non-BASS or Individual BASS members; $4.00 per person for Patron BASS members (You are a 2002-03 Patron [family] BASS member if you have paid your $10.00 dues since the school year began or will pay before Oct. 9) The Booster Association for String Students (BASS) will pay the balance of the cost of the hayride and will provide hot dogs, snacks and cider or soft drinks. Food must be purchased and reservations made, therefore, refunds are not possible if you change your mind after October 9.

 SCHEDULE for the evening:

             7:00 p.m. Students, parents and family members arrive at Fran Bar Park

            9:30 p.m. Depart Fran Bar Park

 PARENTS -- In order to make this activity a success, we will need MANY volunteers to chaperone. COME JOIN US AND HAVE A GOOD TIME!

Please have your permission slip and money in by Wednesday, October 9, 2002.

Sorry, but any student who does not turn in a permission slip and money will NOT be allowed to go to the hayride.

 Please bring your frisbee, football, volleyball, recreation equipment, etc. (Name on all equipment, please). We will have many activities!

 Please fill out the attached permission slip. Return the permission slip and the hayride money in an envelope to Mrs. Vansant, Mrs. Gaulke or Mrs. Smith.
