BINGO

The Orchestra program has been responsible for providing volunteers on the fourth Saturday of every month to help the Touchdown Club with Bingo. Our volunteers work from 5:30 PM to about 9:45 PM. We will continue working in September and October and then that project will end. Due to a new license, the Touchdown Club can no longer legally make donations to anything other than athletic organizations. In return for our volunteer help, the Touchdown Club has provided financial help to the Orchestra.  Last year they purchased stands with lights, a conductor’s podium, and tuners.  Previous years were just as productive, if not more so.  It has been a win-win situation for the Orchestra.

 Because we will no longer have this opportunity for parents to help out and we will lose the financial donations, we are looking for an activity to replace BINGO.   If you have any suggestions, please contact Bonny Titus or come to a BASS meeting and present your ideas
