Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The Booster Association for String Students (hereafter referred to as BASS) maintains the WEB site  www. reynoldsburgorchestra.org in support of the strings students of the Reynoldsburg School System.   During the course of the year pictures are taken at various events and articles are published on the world wide web at www.reynoldsburgorchestra.org.   All materials, messages, and other communications available at www.reynoldsburgorchestra.org  are for the  use and enjoyment of Reynoldsburg String Students, BASS Members, their friends and families.  Any resale or other use of any kind is strictly forbidden.  Except for authorized downloading, all content available at www.reynoldsburgorchestra.org may not be copied in any form, without the express written consent of the author and shall constitute an intentional infringement of the copyright of such materials. 

BASS does not screen or endorse corporations and other organizations accessible via links or in the articles available at www.reynoldsburgorchestra.org.  Individuals accessing the site are therefore advised to use their own judgment prior to purchasing goods and/or services described or accessible at www.reynoldsburgorchestra.org. 

BASS is not liable for damages resulting from disseminating, failing to disseminate, or incorrectly or inaccurately disseminating any materials, advertisements or other communications. 

BASS respects the individual privacy of our members and students and avoids publication of the names of individuals in the images or the use of their names in image file names.  BASS also removes phone numbers, addresses, email addresses and other personal information when other documents, like our String Sounds newsletter, are published on the web pages, unless specifically asked to provide the information by the individuals involved.

BASS understands that some individuals would not like to have their images published on the WEB.  However, it is assumed that permission to publish is implicitly granted as a member of BASS or as a participant in the Reynoldsburg Strings Programs.  Should you desire to revoke that permission you must notify your student's strings teacher at the beginning of each year.  In so doing, a good faith effort will be made to avoid publication of images of said individuals.  Similarly, images of said individuals will be fogged or blurred in group photos.  Should an image be inadvertently published please send an email to webmaster@reynoldsburgorchestra.org or a note to one of the strings teachers with the location and description of the image on the web and the name of the individual you want to have removed (this notification must come from the individual or their guardians).

BASS respects the privacy of those who visit our web site.  We do not collect personal information that can be used to uniquely identify visitors to our site.  Affiliate programs that we participate in may require additional data for the purposes of fulfilling the services they provide.  Users taking advantage of affiliate programs should review the privacy policy of those sites prior to participation.
